Data Use Agreement

Data Sources

StateIQ aggregates publicly available federal and state data sources including: NEMSIS State DataSets, CMS Medicare Ambulance Fee Schedule, BLS Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics, HRSA Health Professional Shortage Area data, US Census Bureau ACS data, and CMS National Provider Identifier (NPI) Registry.

Data Accuracy

All data in StateIQ reflects the most recent available releases from official sources. CMS reimbursement data reflects the 2025 Medicare Ambulance Fee Schedule. BLS wage data reflects OEWS May 2024. HRSA shortage area data reflects 2026 designations. Data is updated as new releases become available.

Permitted Use

StateIQ data may be used for research, planning, grant writing, benchmarking, and operational intelligence purposes. Data may not be resold, repackaged, or represented as proprietary without written permission from Amsler Labs LLC.

No PHI

StateIQ does not contain, process, or transmit Protected Health Information of any kind. All facility and agency data is sourced from public federal registries.

API Terms

StateIQ API access is subject to rate limits and usage policies defined in your API agreement. API data may be used for integration and application development within the scope of your license.

When publishing research or reports using StateIQ data, please attribute: 'Data sourced from StateIQ by Amsler Labs (stateiq.amslerlabs.com).'
